There is a huge increase in search volume for housing with outdoor space in places like Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, seeing high income earning individuals looking to leave cities like NYC & Chicago are mostly Democratic. In Red States where the voting margin was small, could this be enough to shift a historically Red State to Blue? There are a list of changes that effective marketers need to plan for. Shifting political geography means changing demographics.
